Happy Birthday, Mimi!!

This year, we all happened to be in Tupelo on Mimi's birthday. Cash was playing in a ball tournament, and Mimi was here for a dr appointment, so we called up Mark and his crew and we had a surprise birthday party cookout for Mimi. We had everyone over to the house to grill burgers and surprise her with a cake! We had so much fun hanging out with the family. It's been a while since we were all together. Mimi was super surprised and happy to have most of her bunch in one place. As always, we were missing Lindsey and Jon Mark! We are so thankful to be able to celebrate another year with Mimi and our whole family. The Lord has richly blessed us and for that, we are so thankful!!

Happy 19th Anniversary!!

Our 19th anniversary was yesterday and unfortunately, I had to work in Clarksdale. My sweet husband arranged for a delivery of my very favorite Kibbie sandwich, tabouli, and balloons! He is so thoughtful and  I’m so thankful for his precious soul! 

September Shenanigans!

September has been a fun month so far! Sam has started playing flag football AND travel baseball! Practices and games are keeping us busy!! I've started a travel nursing assignment in Clarksdale L/D, which is a unit I used to work. Not much has changed; I'm even working with most of the same nurses since I left many years ago! The travel job is keeping me busy, and unfortunately, I'm having to be away from the family several days a week, but it will be worth it in the end! And the bonus is that I'm getting to spend some time with Mimi!

Sam lost his top tooth this month! He was soooooo excited! He's been waiting on that tooth to come out! The tooth fairy was good to him, too!
