This and that!

Sweet Sam...I love this kid! I was vacuuming one day and he got out of the tub and came straight to help...NAKED! I just couldn't help but snap a picture for our memory book!

Kendall lost another tooth! I swear, that girl has lost like 8 teeth!

Uncle Mark came to Tupelo and had quadruple bypass surgery on Memorial Day weekend. Bless his heart (literally)! He was in so much pain after surgery, but he has fought through it and is recovering well at home!

I took the kids to the splash pad one afternoon. The water was still cold but they had a great time running off some energy!!

Ivey Kate got baptized at church in June and we are all so excited to see what God has in store for her! Here are all of our kiddos. It's hard to believe that when we met the Kahlstorfs, Brands, and Beavers, none of us had any kids! And 12 years later, look at all of them!!!

We've been enjoying Sam's baseball games! Kathryn loves to watch him through the fence, and yell at he and daddy! She loves to run the bases when the game is over, too!!

Sweet friends from ECEC-- Sam, Wallis, and Noah!

These kids are so accident prone!! Kathryn hit her eye on the side of the marble table and now she has a terrible black eye! Between her and Sam, we need helmets and face masks for protection!

What do you do on a rainy day? Go out and splash in the puddles of water when the rain stops!! I love it when they find fun and creative things to do when they are "bored"! Of course, I had a small moment of hesitance when they wanted to do it, but I decided that it would just be a quick and easy bath when they were done!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Sweet Kathryn!!

This year, we celebrated Kathryn turning 2 with our family and close neighborhood friends. It was very low key and easy, which is what this mom of 3 needs and loves!! Mimi, Uncle Mark and family, the Shafers and the Leddys came to help us celebrate! We played outside and had cookie cake. Fun was had by all! I just can't believe it's been 2 years since this precious little "cherry on top" made her entrance into this world. She is so funny and sweet, and she loves to be Miss Independent! We love her and are so thankful for her sweet little self!

Kathryn was napping while the rest of them were playing!! Sister loves her sleep!

"Cheerleader Face" with Annalyce!

"Sassy Face"

Mimi and Uncle Mark...Mark is 4 weeks post heart surgery and he is looking amazing!

No words...

Me and Jessie being silly!

It's never a complete family function until we catch Jessie (or Mark) taking a nap! LOL!!

Kathryn woke up and it was time to celebrate!!

After we ate cake and played, we loaded up and took the wild indians to the splash pad to enjoy some fun in the water! They had a great time working off the sugar rush from the cookie cake!

We took Kathryn to see Dr Stone for her 2 year check-up! Of course, she checked out perfectly! I had Kendall and Sam with me, too, which was quite loud and eventful. Luckily, daddy got off early and picked them up from the office in time to get them to a birthday party. Kathryn and I headed home for lunch and an afternoon nap!

Father/Daughter Ball 2017

Once again, the time arrived for the annual Father-Daughter Ball for Chet and Kendall. It has become a fun tradition, and one that we look forward to each year! They had a blast, as always!! Kendall looked absolutely beautiful. She continues to grow and mature each year, and it's hard to believe how grown up she is getting! She probably only has another year or 2 with her being the only daughter with daddy at the ball...little sister is going to be raring to go in a few years! Of course, we had to have a photo shoot and sweet Sam wanted to be a part of it!!

Absolutely stunning!!

Sam's Baseball Party

Sam's baseball team, Rebel Lane Yankees, had their end of the season baseball party at the bowling alley. They had a great time bowling, eating pizza, and getting their trophies! We enjoyed Coach Matt and all of our little friends!

Father's Day Weekend

We had a great Father's Day Weekend with some of our family. Chet spent the day in Oxford playing golf, while I took the kids to Uncle Mark's house to play. After the golf game, Chet joined all of the fun! Mimi, Uncle Bobby, and Aunt Ginny all drove over from Clarksdale to visit, too. Then, Jon Mark showed up!!! We cooked out and enjoyed visiting with each other! We took the kids to the park and let them run wild! It was a great day with our family!

On Father's Day, the kids presented daddy with a new griddle so he could cook us some pancakes! He was super excited about his gift! We then enjoyed church service and lunch! We are so thankful for our daddy and all he does for us! We definitely couldn't do it without him!!

Our handsome bedhead dude!

Happy Father's Day to the BEST Daddy!!

Daddy and his babies!!

Kathryn didn't want any part of taking a picture!!
