Easter is always a very special time of year. We love the celebration of our Risen Savior, and the activities that allow us to spend time with the most important people in our lives--our family! This year, we were able to spend the Easter weekend in Clarksdale, so we got to spend time with the Stovall/Moore crew and also with the Landes crew! It's never a dull moment with our crew, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
I got creative this year and made the kids some cute Easter egg shirts. I was trying to get them to take a decent picture in them, but this is as good as it gets! They sure are cute, though!

On Saturday, we went to the Easter Egg hunt sponsored by Clarksdale Baptist Church. It was so much fun! They had an egg hunt, fun games, a scavenger hunt, and lots of yummy snacks. The kids had a blast!
Sam, Kendall, and Cash were so excited about the Easter Egg hunt! Yes, that is Andrew with his basket over his head!!

Kendall got to participate in a scavenger hunt with the older kids. They found clues based on the crucifixion and the resurrection. It was so fun, but very educational! We are so thankful for good Christian-based churches that help teach and instill the Christian values in our families!

After the egg hunt, we headed out to Karen's for some Country fun! These kids are country at heart!

Easter morning was a glorious celebration! The kids loved their Easter baskets, and we also were able to get the entire family to church!
Of course, Kathryn's favorite part of the basket was eating the grass out of the basket...
