I can't believe another year has passed and it's a NEW YEAR! We went to Mimi's house on New Years Day. The next morning, we woke Kendall and Sam up with a surprise trip to Memphis. They didn't have a clue what the day had in store! It started off with breakfast from McDonalds (their favorite!!), and a trip to the Fed Ex Forum to see the Marvels Live show. It was so good!! They really loved it (despite attention spans getting short towards the end!).
After the show was over, we surprised them with a trip to the new Bass Pro Shop at the Pyramid for dinner and sightseeing up to the very top! They thought it was so cool to ride the elevator to the top! We had a great time! And we are thankful that Mimi and Kathryn had a good day in Clarksdale, too!
The Bass Pro Shop has lots of big animals, fish, and other cool things!!
