April has been busy with lots of Easter Celebrations! Here are some pictures from all of the fun!
My little bunny!
Sam's class took a field trip to the mall to see the Easter bunny. Of course, he didn't want to sit in the bunny's lap, but he did take a picture in front of him and he gave him a high 5!
Sam and his friend Lennox on the bus ride to the mall!
I love this picture of Sam. He was riding his Easter basket around in the pink car! He is so cute!
Call me a Scrooge, but I honestly dislike dying Easter eggs. But Kendall wanted to do it and being the good mama that I am (ha ha!), I set her up a table outside to do it! She had a great time, and when brother woke from his nap, he joined in on the fun too!
We went to Clarksdale for Easter this year. Since it was mimi's first year without Papa around, we wanted to go spend the holiday with her. The Easter bunny found Kendall and Sam all the way in Clarksdale, and he left them some good treats!
After church, we attempted to get some family pictures before we got into our comfortable clothes. We did our best, but sometimes it can be so frustrating to get good pictures!
I absolutely love these pictures of the kids. Sam is so funny and was being so silly, but I love all of his little faces in the pictures. Kendall was being so well-behaved (thankfully!)!!
After church, we went out to Karen's to eat and have a big Easter egg hunt with the family and neighbors! It was lots of fun, and the kids had a blast finding eggs with money and candy!
We were excited to have Aunt Scott, Uncle Billy, Taylor and Carson join in on the fun!
After all of the afternoon activities, we ended the day with a birthday celebration for Maddi and Sydni. They turned 14 on April 13, so it was fun to have a belated birthday party for them! The homemade strawberry cake wasn't pretty, but it sure did taste good! We had such a great time with all of our family!
