Ice, Ice Baby!

In Mid-December, Kendall's daycare class took a field trip to the Bancorp South center to see Disney on Ice. It was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed getting to spend some time with her! Several days later, we were able to go to the BCS center and ice skate. It was Kendall's first time to attempt to ice skate, and it was my first time ice skating in a very long time. Needless to say, the 2 of us spent most of the time hugged up on the wall inching our way around the rink. Maybe next time we will have better luck!
Kendall and I getting ready to watch Disney on Ice. I got to wear the shiny Minnie ears!

Of course, we spent $12 on a bag of popcorn that came with a tinkerbell hat!

Hooray for Christmas!

Hooray!!! It's Christmas! We had such a blessed Christmas with our family in Clarksdale this year! It is always so much fun (but very chaotic) when the whole family gets together--we wouldn't have it any other way, though! We spent the weekend in Clarksdale before returning home for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Tupelo.

Wouldn't Sam make the most precious little girl??

Attempting to get a picture of all 7 of the grandkids--poor Cash just wasn't interested in photo ops!

Mimi and her grandbabies (minus Cash)!

Mommy loves this baby boy!

So blessed with our sweet family!

Daddy is SO silly!

Yay! We finally got a smile out of Maddi!

This is the only picture I got of Lindsey! She was excited about her gifts!!

Here he is again looking so precious in his "girly headband" with a cooking ladle!

Papa loves his new helicopter!

Early Christmas Eve morning! Everyone is looking sleepy!

Papa loves his sweet babies!

On Christmas Eve night, we returned to Tupelo for our special church service at the Orchard, and then went to the Mims' house for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship. The kids had such a great time singing karaoke, and the adults had an equally fun time watching it! Kendall busted out her rendition of Justin Bieber's "Baby", and she actually sang the Ludacris rap perfectly! I think she learned it all from her daddy!!! Here she is posing with her microphone!

Santa dropped by the Abraham's house. He must've thought Sam and Kendall were VERY good this year!

This lazy bones had to be woken up so she could get up and see what Santa left!

Precious baby boy with that big sweet smile!

Having a blast on his first Christmas!

Look at this little grin...he is into everything, but it's so hard to get on to him when he so cute!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him!

Sam's First Breathing Treatment!

Poor Sam has been sick with an ear infection, fever, cough, and wheezing. We gave him a breathing treatment the other night, and he did so well with it! This is the 2nd ear infection in a month...I can see what lies ahead in our future (ear tubes like sister)!

Visiting Santa!

We took the kids to the mall yesterday to see Santa Claus. It always happens that we get there when Santa is out "feeding his reindeer", so we took some time and ate supper. We then had to stand in a very long line, and Sam is never happy when he has to wait in a confined area for long periods of time. We had gone through every canister of puffs that we had in the bag, along with any other snacks I found stashed away. So, you can only imagine what we were like by the time we finally got up to the front of the line. Kendall was super excited about seeing Santa...Sam wasn't thrilled at all! Anyway, we snapped some pictures (quickly), made the memories, and got out as fast as we could! We rode the train in the mall after our Santa visit, and Sam was once again a "happy camper"!

Kendall LOVES Santa Claus! She told him she wanted a ballet dress and slippers for Christmas!

Attempting to get a cute picture while we stood in line...Sam was fussing and Kendall didn't want to look at the camera!

Sam wasn't sure what to think of Santa...he was really giving him the once-over!

And here comes the melt-down...

Loving the train ride!

Here are a few other snapshots of the "attempt" for a cute picture...Kendall was being so silly and Sam was completely over this picture-taking stuff!
